上海百润香精香料股份有限公司关于变更持续督导保荐代表人的公告

上海百润香精香料股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)近日收到保荐机构华龙证券有限责任公司(以下简称“华龙证券”)《关于更换持续督导保荐代表人的函》。
华龙证券保荐代表人张代伟先生因个人原因提出辞职，为保证保荐项目持续督导工作的顺利进行，华龙证券经研究指定保荐代表人代礼正先生接替张代伟先生负责公司的持续督导工作，继续履行相关职责。
本次保荐代表人变更后，公司首次公开发行股票的持续督导保荐代表人为王保平先生、代礼正先生，持续督导期截止至2013年12月31日。
